Stainless Steel Bands
Our Stainless Steel Banding is a tribute to the original hot tub with a modern twist. “Easy to adjust” locking mechanism gives quick access to components. The use of high quality, 201 stainless steel provides everlasting beauty and gives your hot tub a retro and natural look.
Nordic Wrap™ Insulation
We insulate all Nordic Hot Tubs with a rigid, closed cell, 2-pound density foam which is sprayed onto the exterior of the hot tub shell. This helps hold your hot tub temperature beautifully throughout the year in most climates. But, if you live in a colder climate, Nordic Wrap™ provides an additional layer of insulation to help protect your hot tub from the rigors of more extreme low temps. This adds an additional 9.5 R-Value to the already substantial 7 R-Value-per-inch of our sprayed foam insulation. By adding this layer of protection, Nordic Hot Tubs meet or exceed the stricter Title 20 Appliance Efficiency Regulations as mandated by California’s Energy Commission.

Northern Lights Package™
Lighting Upgrades: Gently transitioning LED lights silently cycle through the beautiful colors of the Aurora Borealis in Nordic’s Northern Lights™ Package and Mood Light Package. The refraction and reflection of the light through the water make the colors sparkle and dance. Exterior sconce lighting gently illuminates the immediate area surrounding your hot tub, lending ambiance and safety. MLP: Elements of our Mood Light Package include: LED Sconce Lights at cabinet corners and LED Footwell/Side Wall Light. MLP is available on all round Nordic models and the Bella MS NLP: Elements of our Northern Lights™ Package include: LED Backlit Waterfall Jet, LED Sconce Lights at cabinet corners, LED Jetting, LED Footwell/Side Wall Light, LED Backlit Cup Coasters. Our Nordic PURE™ is a combination of ozone (O3) and UV-C technologies. This 2-step process has more sanitizing power, less hassle, and significantly reduces residual chlorine consumption to deliver the most advanced sanitation potential available. It is not available on Nordic’s Bella™ or All-In-110V™ models.
Nordic CLEAN Ozone System
Our Nordic CLEAN™ is an electronic advanced plasma gap ozonator. It converts oxygen to ozone, is more energy efficient than UV ozone generators and is lower in overall power consumption, heat generation and operating cost. It is available on all Nordic Hot Tub models.

Made for Caldera® Spas, FreshWater IQ comes standard on all 2024 and newer Utopia® Series spas and is an available option on 2024 and newer Paradise® Series spas.
Cool zone Hot Tub Cooling System
“It's over 100°F outside, and we are staying cool in our Caldera® spa.” With the CoolZone™ hot tub cooling system, your Caldera spa can both heat and cool the water – something that is not possible in most hot tubs. This easy to use innovation expands your hot tub use, so you and your family can enjoy hot tubbing more, all year long. Flexible and Energy-efficient Similar to the way an air conditioner cools your home, the CoolZone™ system cools spa water to as low as 60 degrees. And when you’re ready to warm things up, the system works with your spa’s heater to efficiently raise the temperature in just a few hours. Depending on factors like ambient air temperature, the CoolZone™ system even has the potential to lower operational costs by reducing the time required to run the standard energyPro® heater that keeps the water hot.*
The FreshWater Salt System sanitizes water by using a maintenance-free*, disposable cartridge to generate chlorine from salt. The cartridge lasts four months and can be easily replaced in seconds without tools or dealer assistance. Simply set the desired chlorine level with the touch of a button, and the system will automatically generate the appropriate amount of sanitizer, eliminating the guesswork of manual dosing.

The large 9 ’9 ” diameter canopy of our hot tub umbrella pivots to cover either your spa or patio. The base slips under the spa cabinet to help provide stability. Canopy fabric is available in either Creme or Navy.
Illuminated Handrail
Our handrail pivots so that the curved upper portion can face inward or outward for support when you enter or leave the spa. The base plate slips securely under the spa cabinet for stability.

The color of this light will show you the operational condition of the hot tub. Based on the color, you can tell at a glance whether your hot tub needs servicing or is performing adequately. Solid Blue All is OK. No action required, everything is working exactly as designed. Flashing Blue There is a non-critical message on the topside panel indicating an item needs attention, such as changing the water, setting the time, etc. Solid Red Do not use. See the topside panel. Check for any freezing or flow obstruction(s). Call a technician at your earliest opportunity. Flashing Red Do not use. Call a technician while at the topside panel and read the message to technician for guidance.
